These terms govern your use of m0odly, a social media platform that allows users to post a single photo per post categorized by predefined emotional categories. Please read them carefully.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

  • Users are fully responsible for the content they post, including images and captions.

  • Posting illegal, offensive, abusive, or copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to remove posts or block/delete accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Content Reporting and Moderation

  • Users can report inappropriate posts using the "Report" button.
  • Reported content is reviewed manually by administrators.
  • Administrators may remove posts, temporarily suspend, or permanently block accounts based on reported violations.
  • All moderation decisions are at the sole discretion of m0odly administrators.

5. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct

When using m0odly, you agree not to:

  • Post content you do not own or have the rights to.
  • Upload content that is illegal, obscene, offensive, harassing, or infringes on someone else's rights.
  • Use the App for spam, phishing, or any fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to disrupt or bypass the App's security or moderation features.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content and software in the App are the property of m0odly or its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Advertisements

  • m0odly is free to use but contains ads served via AdMob.
  • Ads may collect anonymous data such as device identifiers to provide targeted advertising.
